Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with OhWa Fruit Water.

Because our products are consumable and fulfilled through a third-party fulfillment network, we do not accept returns.

No Returns

We do not accept returns of any kind, including opened or unopened items. Please do not send products back to us unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your order is damaged, incorrect, missing items, or appears lost or misdelivered, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date.

To report an issue, email support@ohwafruitwater.com and include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • photos, if applicable

We’ll review the issue and work to make it right.

Refunds and Replacements

We do not offer returns or exchanges. In certain cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for orders that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or are affected by a verified fulfillment or delivery issue.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Orders Marked as Delivered

We do not automatically issue refunds for orders marked as delivered. If you believe your package was lost or misdelivered, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date and we will review the issue.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment or a refund, where applicable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the issue was caused by our error.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at support@ohwafruitwater.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been submitted for fulfillment.

If an order is delayed, returned, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

We do not offer refunds on sale items or gift cards, except where required by law.
