We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We may also ship to select U.S. territories where supported by our fulfillment and carrier network. Delivery availability may vary by destination.

We offer free shipping on all orders.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after they are placed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer.
Delivery Timing
Delivery times vary by destination. Once your order has been processed and shipped, transit time will depend on the shipping address and carrier availability.
We do our best to get your order to you quickly, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Fulfillment and delivery timing can vary based on inventory placement, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at support@ohwafruitwater.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been submitted for fulfillment.
If an order is delayed, returned, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue and cover re-shipping when appropriate.
PO Boxes and U.S. Territories
We may be able to ship to PO Boxes and select U.S. territories where supported by our fulfillment and carrier network. Availability may vary by order and destination.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, if items are missing, or if your package appears to be lost, please contact us at support@ohwafruitwater.com within 5 days of the marked delivery date.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the order arrived damaged. We’ll review the issue and work to make it right.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery delays caused by events outside our control, including weather, holidays, service interruptions, or carrier network issues. If your order seems unusually delayed, please reach out and we’ll help investigate.
